Note - Our help desk system allows you to track the status of submitted requests, post follow-up notes and correspond with help desk operators in a bulletin board fashion. In order to use all these benefits you need to login using your user id and password before submitting service requests. Registration is quick and free.

Note: This help desk is powered by the Smart Answer customer service software. The Smart Answer is not an advanced version of Trouble Ticket Express. Demo setup of the Trouble Ticket Express is available here.

Technical support is provided by Rush Project Inc and is free of charge. The service is available on week days only. Response time is up to 72 hours for free open source software, up to 24 hours for commercial software.

If you believe you found a bug and can provide detailed description ("it does not work" is not a bug description) or have a feature suggestion, please use our issue tracking system.
