The Trouble Ticket Express uses standard 'quoted-printable' encoding in order to preserve long lines of text in the email message. Unfortunately some local MTAs are misconfigured and inject extra CR character at the end of each text line. Being applied to a message encoded using quoted-printable scheme this results in corrupted text, this is why you see something like
cmd=helpdesk&tk=86Z2= 6013667500265 instead of cmd=helpdesk&tk=86Z26013667500265 We would suggest fixing your MTA. If this is not an option you may try a dirty trick of pre-corrupting a message in such a way, that the CR characters injected by your MTA will fix the message. To do this just check 'Fix MTA' checkbox (System Setup form, setup.cgi) |
